Blood Elves have fangs too. You can see Alleria’s, while not actually a Belf but obviously uses the Belf model, when she eats the Naaru.

Yes they should. They never had them before the new models and despite Blizzard saying they’d be faithful to the old models with the revamp, it became yet another case of what Blizzard says and does being very different.
They can remove the stupid pointed toenails too.
