Me personally? Probably 0 dollars. But I think that other people would pay.
All my characters look exactly how I want them to look so there’s no need to get additional transmogs, especially not if I could get tacos instead.
For example, if it were 15 bucks, that could be 15 tacos. If it’s even one buck, that’s a taco right there. Tacos would increase my joy, whereas the transmog would keep my joy at the same level (pretty high). So, I choose the tacos.

OOoooooo, I kinda like the murloc outfit.
Not sure about making it a store mog, but it’d be awesome if they used it for another promo or something (i.e. Twitch drops or sub reward or w/e).
