Within MOP: Remix, an Infinite Proto-Drake is flying over the timeless isles. Should this creature exist lore-wise? Because to be an infinite, you must first be a bronze, and to be a bronze, you must be empowered by the titans with the gift to traverse time. This gift should transform a Proto-Drake into a dragon. Am I wrong?
We’ve been completely wrong bout the protodrakes all along.
We’ve learned that quite a few of them were just as sentient as “true dragons” and some more powerful.
I assume the infinte magic can be applied to bronze protodragons without changing them into ordered dragons, since the drakonids and others can also be empowered by the flights powers.
I don’t think their intelligence is the problem, more that they don’t have the initial titan juicing that would give them the time powers.
But this is a world where rando unwilling elves/dryads were flooded with fire-juice and immediately developed a Beavis-level fascination with fire so I don’t really see an issue with just assuming the infinites had a way to share their powers (or at least the corruption effects, with them perhaps not having time powers of their own)
There are Infinite Cloud Serpents from MoP Timewalking. The description says the Infinite Dragonflight are more diverse than most know.
Where is this and how do I get one?
When MoP Timewalking is up, just buy it for 2,200 badges.
Sorry, it’s just a pet, not a mount lol.
There was an Infinite Tyr… so it seems like infinite-ness is a state you can inflict on someone, sort of like a curse. It is to exist outside of any and every timeline, as an anomaly.
With time travelers involved, never assume that the past or future is static.
We also fight some unnamed infinite proto-drakes in the Dawn of the Infinite mega-dungeon as trash. Mainly the two after the SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED section following Tyr’s encounter.
