Do you want to use Ray Tracing in WoW?
I have a 144hz 1080p monitor for now, waiting for a few more years to get a 4k 144hz one instead, when it becomes affordable at least. Should I do ray tracing? Sorry, I don’t think I’ve done it before.
for 1080p/144, and wow, no.
Ray Tracing doesn’t seem worth it.
You might get some better results in 14, if you use Gshade which can be pretty demanding. But at 1080p i think your 2070 Super is plenty.
I have a suite of Gshade options on at 1440p, and manage good performance on my 5700xt which is slower than your 2070 super.
Only reason to get a 3080 imo for you would be to jump to 4k for both games, or if you want to do ray tracing.
