For the next hour I am giving control of my choice to log back in and use my token, or just stay unsubbed to the forum.
Say yes or no and I’ll tally in an hour. This is the longest I’ve been able to stay unsubbed for more than a day since I quit back in beginning WoD.

Can’t post while unsubbed. They fixed that bug a while ago.
It’s really only a choice you can make for yourself OP, and largely depends on what sort of content you’d be returning for.
If your interest is in mostly fluff stuff, like the protoform synthesis, then there’s probably enough here to keep you entertained for awhile. If your interest is in PvP, your best bet is to probably hold off until the pre-patch for 10.0. Everything else is kind of 50/50.
Mine’s an alpha account started in jan of 2005. So you can only imagine how many things no longer in game, rare pets, mounts, Knight-Champion from the original AV, you name that account did it.
No part of the pleasure of quitting is letting 5 million gold rot in a data base.
You can post in GD unsubbed, for a couple days. You can also post unsubbed forever in the CS forum.
If you’ve played this game for so long, I’d say unsub for your health.

I’m aware of the cs forum and ya, basically as soon as your account updates to show you’re unsubbed, you lose posting in gd.
So basically his “stay unsubbed and post here” isn’t an option unless he sticks to cs, which you don’t really get to talk about whatever.

No, I had intended to update weekly after this one. That is when I have a week, just passing a reset is a big deal for me.

Well, you did ask for a yes or no. 
To me, this game is a great escape from what’s going on in the world. I can relax and tend to my characters and let the world just go on around me and enjoy myself.
