Idk, I spent mine so I can get the 2-pc bonus next week, not replacing anything for a while lol. (It’s PvP gear.)
I asked the same thing somewhere else, and was refered to THIS chart in a Reddit post.
Personally, I don’t see myself doing anything higher than +8 Delves, so I ended up using one for my chest, then upgraded it as well to ivll 606.
If you need it now and don’t mind taking the chance of a better piece dropping or it being in your vault.
Duplicate gear from your vault has to be the worst thing ever feeling.

damn, I forgot about my delve vault item next week. Ah well. Roll the dice I guess. lol
This is how hard i goofed tonight. I made a set helm tuesday, ran three zeros tonight. Two 593 helms dropped from Necro and Mist. My set helm is 590. Just another night in the Mythic Pool Party.
You do you. If you aren’t stepping into difficult content, why do you care what others think? Seeking approval?
I don’t care and no, I was just curious if it would have been better to wait for something better to drop before using it on that.

I’d put champ gear in the catalyst.
I do plan to do more delves tho, so I might hold out and see if I get any hero pieces for a few weeks.
Currently my spriest is my best geared toon and I don’t have any of the pieces that contribute to the set bonus, just back and wrists on Champ track, atm.
So I’ll wait for vault day.
