As much as I want to progress on TBC,
I spent WAY too much time working for my 60.
I don’t want it to become obsolete even if its to mess around sporadically.
do you think is it a good idea for us who feel this way to just level it again and keep the fresh one for tbc and transfer the old one to permanilla?
Part of me wants there to be the copy pasta option like I’ve been hearing people suggest.
At the same time I hope that the people who transfer their characters to TBC won’t be able to keep it on the “Permanilla” server. That way those same people who have been hoarding consumes, gold and mats won’t get to continue hoarding those items once they transfer off.
There’s a very good chance you’ll be able to copy the character. So I’d wait until you know, one way or another. Then again, if you want to level another undead rogue notes lack of Classic tag on character or whatever your main is, you have no reason at all not to.
Seperate servers where you transfer characters to permanilla isn’t set in stone yet, if I were you I would wait for more information before spending that much time again, unless you want to do it for fun of course, but it would be a kick in the shin if all servers just progressed to tbc and you had two copies of a main.
