I’m playing Assassination. I can very easily run out of energy in fights and go through all my tea.
This leaves the question, should I start getting haste gear?
No, just use rupture to get energy, haste doesn’t even give useful energy regeneration, just putting AOE bleeds and killing with rupture time up will give you regen.

What spell does AOE bleeds?
Having rupture on adds before they die will refresh the energy a bit. But sadly it doesn’t help you on single target bosses.
That and the urge to make gooey envenom pools sometimes overrides my brain that knows it need to rupture for energy. Why did they do this design btw it’s so counterintuitive to do a single target dot when you’re trying to mow down a crowd. Sometimes the adds die before I can sneak in a rupture. I do not like it.
I’m a trash rogue so I’m stacking haste for the good feels, but I don’t recommend it.
