i was thinking about boosting a shadow priest since its one of the classes i havn’t played. My question is it going to be worth doing with all the changes coming in 8.3?
Basing decisions on “stats” changes will get you nowhere, they always change. Shadow priest play style wont change in 8.3.

Do you hard core mythic raid or high end M+?
If you answer no to these then shadow will be perfectly fine.
