You can’t get the greater helm enchant until next week.
You can’t upgrade your visions talent tree until next week.
Ther is no way But Keep trying to get what you can do, Don’t push you self just grab what you can learn and Keep trying until you get all there is form it.

If you already got the 8 blobs from the 2 full clears or 4 clears of 2 wings, and turned in the quest to get your enchant, there is no need to do any more visions this week unless you want to farm mementos for the cosmetics.

Spamming visions is actually a pretty good idea since it will unlock the passive bonuses a lot faster which will make progressing much easier.
Also, it will give you a better understanding of the maps themselves, boss/add behavior and where items can be found.

Yeah it will get hard at 1st but more time you do it more easy it is
The main things you can do week 1 are:
Unlocking all 5 masks you can currently get (technically 5.5, get the Hogger shard right now so you can get Nemesis mask when Orgrimmar comes around!) from Stormwind
Getting the 3 hourglass upgrades and minor helm enchant
Maxing out your tributes if you feel like it
Getting the Bike parts and other cosmetics that are only in Stormwind
Grinding currency for cosmetics
You can also technically make sure you clear each district at least once, since doing that gives you an additional 10% sanity drain reduction, but I believe that might be just for Stormwind.
Waiting for week 2 technically allows you to do just about everything available though, since it’s impossible to do the new 8 mask achievement right now and you unlock a majority of the upgrades then as well.

Oh where hogger shard I can’t seem to find it is it RNG random?
Spamming visions is a sure fire way to madness… you will lose your sanity

If I remember right, there’s a wanted poster that you can interact with on the east entrance going into the Mage District, when you interact with it and choose the prompt it has, Hogger will spawn nearby and attack you

Hated it last time, might give it a go this time because I’d like some of the mounts, see if I can force my way through it.

The thing I disliked the most last time, is that it cost a token to get in, and if you ended up bricking the run, you’d have to farm enough currency to buy a new token. I rarely did them at all until I was able to guarantee a quicker run by outleveling them.
I plan on only doing a few a day, on various characters, until I have enough to complete the main quest, and to buy some cosmetics. I think I have nearly 3k currency, but I want to buy the 40k mount first.

God, what peak player exploitation that was. Grind for the chance to grind for the chance to get a piece of RNG gear with an RNG corruption at an RNG level.
Or lose all of it to an untimely lag spike and just be out two hours of work.
Current setup of grinding for cosmetic currency with no entry requirement is much better. I still won’t be bothering until the timegate is past and I can unlock the full tree at once.
