I don’t use rotation helpers. I tried them but having to watch the buttons it said to use then click on the ability it is telling me to use next just became too much of a chore. So, I use what I think is the right ability to use for the time.
Does it mean I will be at the bottom of the DPS meter. Definitely, but I don’t play the game to be some elite DPS junkie. I play to have fun even though having fun is harder these days after two finger amputations. For me, removing button bloat would assist in better rotations and higher DPS, Healing or Tanking.
Just FYI it’s come to my attention there’s an even more modified version of hekili floating around that’s run on top of lua unlockers to completely automate rotations and interrupts without the user needing to click or press anything. There’s now multiple variations of hekili used to bot.
Blizzard should start scanning weakauras/addons more. There’s others like “fishing audio helper” weakauras for classic as well as various bots that communicate state to external pixelbots via a weakaura drawing colored boxes in the corner of the screen like a QR code of sort.
Warden should also start checking for variables added by unlockers as well. I’m surprised they don’t. If they scanned for variables named Tinkr or NoName they’d catch a lot.
Honestly that sounds like a great addon, I’m way more responsive to audio que’s than visual, that’s why addons like Hear Kitty have been a big help to me as a Rogue to keep track of Combo Points rather than using the bubbles for instance.
Why would you want to kill audio ques? I’d love it if Blizzard would add the ability to have audio ques for as much stuff as possible. I’d love to be able to watch for a specific resource node to pop up and get a unique audio ‘ping’ instead of squinting at my stupid mini-map for instance.
They’re disguising as such. They’re putting up botting weakauras under false pretenses. These are being created and linked by bot discords with fake WA names put up on wago.
