imo no not really just ruins the bracet and ruins a new player experience and just makes em want to uninstall the game not fun when a person is 1100 mr going up against a r1 player need to put a cap on glads and r1 players for smurfing

Why? Some people legit can’t play their alts at anywhere near their mains. I know im absolute trash on my zug zug war. BUt i will enjoy playing it in the 1600 bracket all the same.

im talking about the ones who run the same char 15 times over and just want a r1 title on there alt it means nothing on a alt thats the same class and its account wide and all of the streamers doing the wheel bs on all classes

Then you wouldn’t queue into their alt anyways because your mmr will be way too low.

all his death knights are between 2500 and 2700 rating
not pwaff in 2s and i cant remeber the 2 awc players

I get where you’re coming from but then again, these people usually have alts to at least get a queue pop and not having to sit 2h queue for nothing to happen.

This has been a thing ( smurfing) before the queue issues of Solo shuffle
The biggest issue atm is that streamers Smurf at low levels. Berate less skilled players , claim that the good ones are bots and the streamers “fans” blindly agree then harass the person.
That is not a friendly play for fun environment
And kills any hope of welcoming new blood

No, not really
The solution to this is to equalize mmr across all characters of the same spec, if their gear is within X ilvl of their highest ilvl character of that spec
It is dumb that if I made a 4th evoker I would start out at 1500 mmr and 6-0, 5-1 my way to 2400 with the dps concluding the other healer must be ‘bad’
