Should first aid be buffed?

Its kinda sad seeing the first aid bandages healing for a mere 11k. We should be seeing new bandages introduced every patch to keep up with increasing healthpools. And also we should be seeing first aid continuing to function despite having bleed or magical DoT effects on your character.

This isnt a high priority change or anything but what does the pvp community think about first aid id like to hear

I wouldn’t mind seeing something everyone can have and having either a bleed removal on bandage and/or a kyrian vial type thing could be pretty neat.

I always hated first aid in pvp. Disproportionately helped rogues and mages, like most things.

Op needs to take a chillpill on these takes…

no need to introduce new bandages every patch, just a % of total health would work

edit: yep it is. Since when are death knights tailors? There’s some RPG lines even I won’t cross…

IMO just make them heal for % of max health un-buffed CASTER form pool; this way there is absolutely no way to cheese it.

Like for example, you could bandage a Bear tank but it would only heal him for what ever his un-buffed HP is when in caster, like health without any sort of proc’s, trinkets, buffs, etc…

That keeps it fair, simple and good; without the need to constantly need better and better bandages all the time.

I miss first aid so much. One of my earliest, fondest memories of WoW was completing the bandaging quest in Theramore on my underpowered PC.

Honestly I think first aid should be decent at all times, and dps self/off healing/absorbing should not be anywhere near where it is at the moment.

There should be legitimate reward for breaking combat, or lining for a period of time to do this.

A lot of the self healing power creep is literally due to creating healing abilities because leveling was painful having to eat after every pull. Then they just made them part of combat. If bandages were good, there’d be no need for the self healing dps have now.

Also reduce dot durations that last longer than 12-15 seconds. Any ability that does something but also allies a dot as a secondary effect should be no greater than 6-8 seconds long.

Have bandages heal by %, interrupted by active damage or reapplied damage, and each tick wipes a single dot if channeled out of combat imo.
