A group of my friend talked and we have yet to see real War in game. we seen mini fights but not war like BFA. Do you think there should be a warfront in every zone?

I’d rather they update existing and add new epic battlegrounds that utilize some of the tech that they developed for warfronts and island expeditions.
There’s a lot of potential there for epic, cool, and fun PvP content.
For PvE? Probably not, as most people did not enjoy warfronts.

They should revisit everything and replace everything they’ve ever done with something very boring and very arduous and depressing, but that would cater to me individually and make me feel better about myself
Going to agree with Leynia on this one.
It would be best suited for PvP modes. PvP in overworld is pretty dead and there’s a reason for it. (Right now it’s a little lively, but that’ll die of again as soon as S1 drops)
Warfronts were a really interesting concept that they then backed down on and neutered during the same expansion they were released in. Arathi was so much more fun than Darkshore, because they over-simplified the concept for Darkshore. And Heroics, which could have been the thing that made them really worth doing as standalone content (which is what happened with Scenarios in MoP, btw), ended up just bringing them up to the current patch, but not really being any more challenging than when they were new.
They should also at least HAVE a PvP Mode, like Island Expeditions did. It’s blatantly suited for it. But I enjoyed it as a PvE activity and wish they explored it more instead of immediately over-streamlining it into nothingness.

I liked them. In a warfront community that still runs them. Got the mail, plate, and cloth sets back when fronts were current. Some of the leather items still eludes me to this day though. Instead of just abandoning features like fronts I wish they would try to improve on them, make them better, address the things players didn’t like about them. Maybe they will revisit them someday. I mean we got delves now which is just a different version torghast, and visions. I think one mistake was not having a pvp version of at least one of the warfronts.

As someone who loves warfronts yes. Also make the old ones solo queable i can do it all on my own now

I too liked warfronts, but I didn’t like how easy they were and I think having faction vs faction instanced content without pvp was probably a mistake as the faction vs faction content is more desired by pvp players.
So basically it didn’t appeal to pve players and it didn’t appeal to pvp players. They were way too easy even the heroic versions, and as someone who loves pvp every time I did one I wish it was pvp.
I think it would be neat for BfA Timewalking.

As much as I liked them, it usually turned into a handful of people doing everything and a lot just afking in town.
It was a cool mesh of wow and wc, but yea I’d rather control the NPCs or reduce players so each one has a role vs the chicken head /off running around gathering and defending.

I would say no. Not because I didn’t like the idea, but because 40 is simply too big a group to do anything meaningful.
Sure a huge crowd of players seems like it would be epic, but it almost never plays out like that.

Warfronts were too boring and too easy.
A bad combination.
They weren’t very popular, so probably not.
I rather enjoyed them. My only complaint was how difficult they made it to get the elite set. I suppose it could be countered by getting one faction’s set also rewarded the opposition’s.
Still would have been nice to have been able to buy the pieces with the marks you got there.
I’d like them to somehow make the BFA ones soloable so I can get the rest of the mogs.
But regarding new ones. I wouldn’t be opposed. It seems I was one of the few who actually had fun running them. Specially tanking them with a Paladin.

Warfronts… absolutely not.
Told you so. Going to get hated on by the if it isn’t mythic+ dungeon difficulty or raiding heroic mythic difficulty then it shouldn’t be in the game crowd. Same bunch that hated on LFR years back lol.

I don’t see any hate here. Just people saying that it wouldn’t be the best use of development resources but that there may be other ways to add content that makes use of some of the same tech (such as making a new epic battleground).
I certainly wouldn’t complain if warfronts were added, but I would be disappointed as I’d rather have the warfront tech used in an epic battleground or for more interesting optional content that more people would enjoy than warfronts.
