If a CS rep isn’t snarky, or at least visibly restraining themselves from being so, I lose all respect for them as people. I loathe the fake BS personas everyone likes putting on for public display.
Kinda sucks when I support this game with legit hundred dollar bills and the CM says on Twitter how I didn’t support them/should support them even when I disagree with changes

If I tweeted poorly about my customers on Twitter, no matter if it was my personal account or not, and my employer found out I would be terminated so fast my head would spin.

yeah but this is blizzard. A company that fails to grasp simple customer service policies that any good company should follow to a T. The fact they have to be snarky, just proves that they are in fact way out of touch.
