I created a starter account and reached level 20 and i want to buy the game and subscription time but everytime i try to buy time from the shop it opens a small window that says i need to complete my account creation but everything is complete already. Other times it says oops sorry please come back later sorry for the inconvenience. Has anyone else had this issue? I Just wanna play the game
