I never get Beta invites, played every version of classic (and on a Mac)… I never get beta invites, so I figured buying one of the MOP packs would get me in, but its not listed there…

I am looking at taking online classes from an acting school to get good at acting shocked when frog farming is abused, a third time. that was one of the first things done in the remix.
Unlike the devs, players remembered how fun frogs are.

I like the optimism.
But…many use wowhead comments for quest workarounds for a bug a poster kindly posted the answer too. Posted over 15 years ago in some cases lol.

As always, they are barely inviting real enthusiasts of the game. First are streamers and content creators to build hype and create videos/(wowhead) posts, after a few months they slowly invite real players.
But after a few months your odds are higher when you have the biggest pack.

Did you sign up? Everyone I know that opted in for both Cata and MoP got in.
I don’t know why so many are even interested in beta after the cata debacle of pushing the broken beta live as pre patch…chances are we will all get to play the beta in pre patch/phase1

not many goes into beta to send reports anymore, blizz don’t fix anything anyway. now they give you beta, look over what you report, maybe, and do nothing. rest just want to play since they’re bored of whatever expansion that’s coming to a close like let’s be honest here lol.

That was the fun of many retail week 1 expac drops. Ignored beta feedback.
Players in beta say this is broke, this is off, this…dude someone will game this. lots of someones.

its week 1, people use this stuff. In come the purists going burn the exploiters.
It’s not an exploit to some. Bug reported, documented even in some streams. left in game over several ptr updates and there on day 1 game day.
Gratz, to some that is now an intended feature. Issue reported, not fixed, it must be wanted. When enough do that, exploit early and often applies lol.
I still remember 2019 start. the beta tested and very reported phasing issues it had. This will not be gamed like you think it will said blizzard.

My account goes back to wotlk I opted in via the blizzard site.
Having done a number of expansion betas, and reported what I could during them…
Blizz rarely fixes anything. Most egregious was the cacophony of terrain exploits I found in legion beta regarding demon hunters… 95% lasted all of legion.
There was also the wod stat squish issues in wod beta that made human racial 3x stronger than every other racial in the game (and ultimately led to 396/400 of the pvp ladder being alliance, and over 70% of those being just humans because a heavily discussed thread and multitude of reports got ignored for the entire beta and over a year of wod live.
