Told all my poe friends im done for 6 months or so with SL releasing, got the usual smart remarks about playing wow etc.
Now i never would have dreamed im already bored of the expansion, to the point im actually going to drop wow again for the new poe expansion/season.
I dont mythic raid but i lead pugs to 9/10H clears on 2 chars a week atm and have done for the last 3 weeks or so.
I just find almost no motivation to play this expansion anymore, the raid was fun but M+ pugging is god awful with the loot changes and for me personally both Snorghast and the Snaw hold little interest or fun.
I never have been so underwhelmed or bored 5 weeks in heck i have 2 chars close to 210 ilvl and im bored outta my skull.

Boredom really is the death knell of a game.
There’s a certain kind of player that finds comfort, even a little mindless fun, in doing the same things over and over and over and over and over and over. Heck, I’m a little like that, or was in the last 6 months of BfA, since I started leveling new toons over and over and over and kinda liked all the zones for leveling during BfA. BUT in repetition, what matters is what is repeated. I can love one thing and hate another or simply be bored out of my mind with another, depending on what I have to repeat.
So far, SL just doesn’t offer me much fun whatsoever. The only repetition I’ve actually, truly been enjoying is random bgs. Heh. And not even all of those. Certain ones suck. But some of the oldies-but-goodies are still fun to repeat.
But that’s it. The rest is a boring slog. I honestly care not one bit about any of the story elements. I care not one bit about gorms. Or really, any of the flora and fauna and monsters and NPCs of the various zones. Snoozefest.

Played it to death great game. Bring on D4. But WoW is not bad for now so I will stay here.

No GGG runs a pretty insane development cycle and this patch looks to be one of there better ones.
Better than BFA, but not a huge accomplishment. I miss Legion.

I really don’t know what game that is.
I’d probably switch to FF or ESO, or maybe even back to SW:ToR, but I really don’t feel the need to switch at all.
But, really, I don’t know what game PoE is.
PoE is ok. But man. Gets repetitive. Fast. Faster than WoW.
Are people unable to play more than 1 game or is it always “one or the other”?

Super excited for Poe as well. I’ll just stick to pvp a few nights a week here and POe it up on the others

I unsubbed from WoW a couple days ago, have about two weeks left on my sub, and am still thinking about what I might play instead. I may just lose myself in some PS4 games for awhile, dunno.
You seemed confused as to how people don’t play more than 1 game [at a time], for me I may or may not, but if I’m not playing something I don’t want to pay for. This thread is logical to me, that’s it.
