The real underlying problem is holy shock achieves everything and more of what everyone wanted ele shamans to get nerfed for, all the while healing (presumably) ANOTHER PALADIN whos shocking him too.
Never die? (Shaman whine check)
Top much healing? (Shaman whine check)
Damage too good? (Shaman whine check)
Except its paladins
You also get 100% mana back
100% crit always
100% UNRESISTABLE DAMAGE
Pretty obv, even in SoDs meta that this is overkill.

I just tested it the libram makes it 40 yards and you only lose around 200 damage to make it 40 yard range.
So 40 yard range
Instant cast
No CD
1800 damage 100% crit chance
Heals beacon target for the damage it does (6 part tier 2 set bonus)
Welcome are new Paladin overlords guys. If flameshock had a 40 yard range and a 300% damage buff it would be equal to this.

They donât realize if he had a ret paladin in his group with holy damage aura it would be closer to 4k. He could also be attacking with a 2 hander with seals up.
