The shipyard in my garrison says “Requires defeating the blockade naval missions” on all missions AFTER I have defeated them and removed “the fog” from the areas, making them undoable.

Same here, and when the mission to get the heirloom ring finally appeared. I think it already happened to me before, I don’t remember how I got through it.
I’m sorry to necro this thread, but I had the same issue happen to me today. I found that if you fly back to your garrison and then back to your shipyard that it will clear the bug and should allow you the chance to do the quest with the aforementioned bug.

i’m glad i saw your post, this happened to me a couple of days ago and i thought i must have imagined defeating the blockade… but there was no blockade visible.

You can also type /reload or log out and in again to clear this bugged blockade.

Still happening. /reload doesn’t do anything for me.
Hate to Necro it, but rather sad that in 4 years it’s still not been fixed.
Can still happen. If it does, one of these three may help:
1.) Fly away from the area. Perhaps closest next zone. Fly back. Try again.
2.) Reload UI (type /reload in chat)
3.) Log off at the Fleet Command Table. Log back in.
Hopefully one of the three are able to work as it’s apparently just going to be this way and will likely never be fixed as it can be worked around.

Same bug here. None of the three options (/reload, leaving/returning, logging out/in) has fixed it.
