Can someone explain the shipping and handling event that rewards a chest? I did the quest that gives you ten assignments and a green arrow over my head but didn’t get a chest at the end. Do I need to do something specific to get the reward chest?

Surge Pricing? It is an event, you can see when the next one is on the event tab in your quest log. It is the second tab on the right part of the quest log window. Then you can see the schedule of all events, and you can even click on it to set a reminder alert.
The quest is different from the event.
The event happens every hour i believe, and its basically like the Theater Trope where everyone participates and contributes to a bar, the more contribution, the better the award is.
Mount/pet/chest cosmetic come from Renown lvl 8 and doing 10 job streaks, dont get a reward do 10 again…keep going until you get all 2 pets the mount and comstic item then your done…the chest from the active event does NOT drop the items

But to help fill the bar when the event is active while in car press 5 to start jobs

Doing jobs while having the Radio item active, basically get in the car and click the radio, it will start giving you jobs until you deactivate it.
You can also get the radio by itself from the mechanic Brute, without needing to be on the car.

Yes. There is an event, I believe it is called Surge Pricing . You can look on the “event” tab that are on the right side of your main map to see when they are going to happen.
I find it annoying and have elected to ignore it. I might change my mind about that, but probably won’t.
I would love to contribute but don’t know how. The theater troupe was very straight forward.

when the event goes live get into your car unless in it already
Press 5
Follow green arrow do what it says to complete the objective once complete follow new arrow keep going for 10 streak to chance at mount 2 pets and chest mog, dont get anything keep going until you do…at 9 your sent back to the garage to take a break lol then your off to do 10 more…even if the event is NOT active you can do the 10 job streak for the items…
