Just posting here to bump the fact that you can still lose shipping and handling streaks to non-responsive packages on the ground. The only “workaround” thus far is to cancel the shipping handling run you’re on and starting over.

I too am having the same issue, I find that when I’m doing tasks apart of shipping and handling and there is a world quest at the same spot neither of the tasks load except when I am barely out of range. Everything in the area disappears and then if I just barely get out of range everything appears and then I can see what I need to do for the quest/task.
Had this happen three times to one of my characters this week, never did complete the streak. It’s not just the package pickup ones, too, this bug is spreading to other tasks.
