Sure do buddy.
It is indeed in Oshu’Gan, underneath in the tunnels at 35.29 , 74.72 near a few other crates.
Tunnel entrance at 35, 67.
Looting the crate gives you a quest and object called “Crystallized celebration Crate” which you then turn in to Alyx back at CoT.
