Shimmering Timewarped Crystal not dropping on my max level alliance and horde druid. Dropped on five other max level characters on my account. One of my druid character has not seen the Timewalking Quest item drop for 6+ events. Checked all bags and bank. I even saw it for second before looting final boss then it just vanishes off the NPC and you dont get it. No error shown like you cant loot that item it just vanishes.
