Please, where can I enable the Shift-Click before the icons move on my action bars?
Right now if I click on an icon it just moves, I have lost icons in the middle of battles because they will not stay on the action bar they move off when I click on them and when I go to click something else they disappear as if I discarded them.
I’m tiny and have small hands, so I both keybind and click, but clicking is becoming a nuisance when the icons wont stay on the action bar.
Please, how do I fix it to have to hold shift again in order to move the icons, and not have them float off into space by themselves.
You all can laugh now, but I seriously need help with this. 
EDIT: Never mind found it. I must have looked right at it in the action bar section and missed it. Action bars now locked!
