Since prepatch, any character I have (different factions and races) that uses a shield, the shield hovers 1-2 feet off of my back. Maybe 3 feet, in some instances! It’s like, just hovering there. Some shields hang very low, as well, like halfway to my characters butt. This is especially noticeable on Blood Elves. It looks ridiculous. Any folks reading this, log onto to your shield wearing toons and check to see if you have the same issue.
Edit: After reading another bug report, it may be that our characters shrunk. My blood elf is shorter than a Dorn mailbox…
I noticed this with my toons as well. Even my hunter’s bow is hovering weirdly far away from her back and it doesn’t look right (hunter is a void elf, if that matters)
hunch back orc is especially bad, they obviously set the anchor point and spacing using the upright model and didnt both to test it on the normal hunched orc. it sits at a 45 degree angle from the lean and looks completely stupid. maybe they can bring back the tiny orc shoulders next
its wild how much frustration they can create so easily, does no one double check work there anymore before it goes live?
