So like the title says, with all the “tuning” and “reworks” aka shenanigans. Why don’t we rework blood and frost and bring back blood dps and armor pen, then we make frost DW tank.

Frost already got their rework lol. They just needs better buffs instead of being “all damage”, it is completely lazy method that Devs don’t try to tune abilities or get rid of talents that are pointless to use
