Can any mages with 5/5 Shatter and who have done some testing confirm if the Shatter Combo is working with Cone of Cold?
Also, if the Cone of Cold appears first in the combat log, but is in the same ‘spell batch’ as the Frostbolt that came BEFORE it, would the Cone of Cold still benefit from Shatter?
