I’m not sure were to post this so I’ll put it here.
I have a 120 Alliance druid and a 120 Horde druid. I want them to share a common UI - keybinds, mods, settings, everything. Is there any way to reliably do that?

Copy the WTF folder from the one that’s setup to the one you want to setup and name it accordingly.

“reliable” depends very much on the addons you’re using because of the multitude of ways addons can and do save character specific information.
Something like Reflux might help create common “profile/(s)” you can use to “setup once, apply to many” but may not work for all addons.
