Why if i tame a really rare pet with one of my hunters isnt it shared with my other hunter?
Your other hunter did not tame that pet.
I am personally fine with this but then again I enjoy looking for rare pets. I do wish I had my no longer tameable pets and Molten Front pets on my new main though

No it is not.
Would kind of ruin hunters with themed stables. I have a hunter with fel themed pets only, so when abilities call out stabled pets everything respects the fit.
If there’s an option to opt out, that’s fine.

All but two of my hunters have themes, I would absolutely HATE seeing all of my pets in one stable, unless they really beefed up each section so I could hide everything per character. My DiD only tames fire and lava, would not like seeing my mechangomes mech pets, or my undeads skeletal pets or my KT’s farm pets, etc.
Although I do feel bad about older pets no longer tameable if you decide to roll a new hunter that would like them, aside from those you can just go out and tame that rare again with whatever hunter you want.
Hunter pets feel soulbound to me.
That said, I won’t dig my heels in and fight against a warbound kenal if that’s what others would prefer.
Nope. Your other hunter will have to show up with a juicy steak to test the pet’s loyalty.
Here’s an idea that might satisfy the OP and those that like a themed stable.
Make Hunter pets transferable like battle pets are. Have the option in the stable to cage up a pet and send it to another character through the stable system.
Like, I spot a super rare pet on my main hunter but it would work better on an alt on another realm. I tame it, go to a stable master, click the pets window, select an option to transfer it which opens a drop down list of all your eligible hunters. Select which one. Then next time you log into that hunter you head to the stable master and there at the top of your pet list is a crate icon that you click to open. Kinda like the gift icon in the mount list when you get a mount from the TP.

I have the LK spirit beasts on my horde hunter, but I really do not want to re-camp them all over again.
I guess they can just make the pets themselves warbound allowing hunters to cage them and put them in the war bank for their alt to pick up.

OMG YES! I wish they DID have this stuff like how Guild wars had the menagerie. so if I wanted my VELF hunter to play with my Wolf I tamed on my human hunter I could. but alas.. I have to go out and FIND the wolf rare.. if it is even UP… or just trying to rmember where I had found it in the first place. Shared hunter pets please. alas.
