Looks good as long as you ignore the overlapping buff bars. Cannot, for the life of me, figure out which addon is responsible for it.
It used to look like this…
…but then I reinstalled the OS on my machine, and because most of my old UI was a custom-written addon I forgot to back up, that went in smoke.
I might eventually rewrite it, but in the meantime this is what I’ve set up with existing addons.

I’m with ya. I’ve used Bartender on and off and tried setting up those funky custom UIs, I rarely like them enough to want to get used to them and just wander back to the default. I mean I do use addons but yeah.

I used to use a ton of UI addons to customize and so on but I’ve fallen to sticking with the blizzard style of frames and I really enjoy it.

I use things like Moveanything to move things ofc and Vuhdo for Raidframes, and Shadow unit frames for boss frames. mostly addons to do/change minor things like the XP bar and what not.
I love seeing different UIs from people cause I think other peoples ideas are really cool and I’d like to incorporate it into mine

I like your setup. Looks like a lightly customized default UI and pretty clean too! Personally I don’t like the BFA action bars so I use the Classic Action Bars addon.

I like the old one a lot as well but I really like the new one being more in the center 
However I would love an option to hide the bag/micro menu or move it’s artwork ( can’t find an option at all to move/remove the artwork outside of bar addons 
)
I use mostly the default with just some QOL addons. I don’t drastically change the UI at all other than move frames because I like how the default UI fits the style of WoW. I used to like ElvUI but can’t use it anymore because it looks too drastically different to the artwork.

Pretty basic
Nothing too crazy, mostly default with some improvements. It gets a little busier in combat, some things are hidden otherwise.
That looks pretty cool…it almost reminds me of the LCARS setup on Star Trek: The Next Generation.
