We couldn’t get past the first boss in a +2 lower kara and disbanded.
Pug group btw.
I signed up for M+.
-The End.
Hunter didn’t know there was a flight path to the tzavesh keystones/dungeon despite having a 2300 io last season. He said they thought they added it in the recent patch….what the actual f…
How on earth…. HOW. We ended up two chesting the streets but still. That’s some scary stuff.
I’m pretty adamant on inviting hunters now. 90% of them are legit clueless.
That’s like saying you have your drivers license yet you didn’t know you can get in trouble for speeding.
i have many 99% of horror stories.
Raiding- pugged into an AoTC group; demand i show proof of aotc by linking achievement. we wipe, 90% of group rage quits, wait about 10-20mins for it to refill, rinse and repeat for a good hour or 2. by the time we actually clear the damn raid i’d say about 50% didn’t even have aotc because their achievements popped in chat.
PvP- were losing by a little bit not so bad to the point we can’t actually come back and people start saying “were losing blah blah blah just let them win”
M+ - form my own group stating exactly what kind of run this is; people apply and always has that 1 person who either quits right after the key is put in, we wipe on 1 boss or we don’t time it despite i clearly stated in the post were not trying to time the key as it is just for practice.
i hate pugging but sadly im forced into it due to how my life is. work schedule, time zone, gf, other irl stuff i take care of.
I joined a pug.
The end.
I joined a group in BFA on one of my accounts that said friend was returning or something. They had a +12 key for junk, I had a 14 - I said, let’s use my key.
We barely didn’t time it but it was the most unfun key I ever did. I can’t believe I didn’t leave. I used to leave many in those low key brackets and stayed for some. Anyway, the guy kept dying over and over and to deal with it and not call him out I started dying too, to cope.
I remember he just bathed in the obvious swirly bots you don’t stand by (can’t remember the name) and died… so then I stood in it after he died and I died myself and said, " Oh, I am so explicate dumb." It was just my passive aggressive not so obvious but obvious way for me to call him out. I should have been more patient, I did stay, but I was just so mad lmao
I also remember doing a low (can’t remember #) key for temple during BFA and the group was so bad that I went afk for like 2 mins and discord called a friend to deal with the “trauma”. When I returned I read in chat “wHeRe iS tHe hEaLeR?!” One of the dps wisp me and said “Ppl shouldn’t be this bad.”
I could go on and on.
Running a mid level key on my partners shaman. Something over a 10?
I think we had a lot if deaths but the thing that got me was figuring out on the final boss of PF that the reason we kept wiping was because the tank was only using moon fire.
No swipe, thrash, maul, mitigation or healing. Just moon fire at 200dps.
After 5 or so wipes on the final boss alone without getting even remotely close to a kill I said I’m out, this tank is only casting moon fire.
They got mad at me.
Other than that, just various m+ pugs where we had like 30-40 deaths before first boss. Even on like a +2.
I’ve had a handful of +2s in seaskn 1 & 2 that were just going nowhere.
Oh, one more. Joined a group that said +8 necrotic wake. We’re in there ready to start and the leader says “who has key” and we’re all saying “what do you mean? It’s your group.”
Dude was just hoping that someone would sign up with a +8 necrotic wake, but didn’t mention it in the title or ask anyone…
Huh?
What is the meaning of adamant?
unshakable or insistent especially in maintaining a position or opinion,
unyielding an adamant insistence on doing things his own way was adamant about making the change.
But yes, agree, I just swapped main to mm hunter and I’m straight garbage
Nothing that’s happened to me in M+ tops a few memories from LFD. The one that takes the cake is the overleveled boomie who somehow got grouped up for Zul’Farrak, and on the pyramid room, pulled EVERYTHING (back when Starfall had insane radius) , started the boss, and watched us die while dancing on top of the pyramid.
I mistrust night elf balance mains.
Legion. Black Rook Hold. I noticed on joining that the group was set to auto-accept, and told the group leader to edit it immediately. A few minutes later he told us that the group was full, and since he hadn’t changed it from auto-accept, we didn’t have a healer. So we would be doing the run without a healer. He didn’t understand why I dropped group on the spot.
I’m a special kind of lazy. Instead of doing whatever you’re supposed to do to get the flight path, I figured it was easier to just get the KSH portal…
I got to listen to a couple break up over vent in the middle of a Ice Crown raid.
I think the worse one I had was in BFA and tanking as a blood dk. Started a M+ and saw the shaman was using capacitor totem on pull when it was a necrotic week. Asked him to not do it to not put mobs on dr for stuns and he started just calling me stuff and etc. Ended up with me leaving the group and ignoring him, he switched to like 6 different alts to harass me through the week.
I feel it’s better people leave at the start of the dungeon if they don’t like the current group, so they don’t waste everyone time leaving at the end or pulling some troll.
I think definitely the game is better to play with a guild or friends. But even at the beginning of M+ I would talk with / add people I had fun with in my runs and I had a great time by doing that.
I joined a lfr group in legion who were at the boss Agrammar , then I heard a player says " It just lfr lets get deter stacks" …
