My set up is for 14 abilities.

I find that i barely have to move my left hand at all to hit all of these bindings.
What are your set ups? Do you use mouse bindings?
If i could eliminate the shift part of those 5 bindings it would make the bindings even easier, if anyone has any ideas.
Unbind your s key as well.

Get a multi button mouse (you can get a 6 button for like $12 at Walmart) You can bind the buttons as well as abilities to the different functions of the mouse wheel
What I use is qert sf zxcv mouse buttons `12345 and their shift variants
I have my base bar with 1-5, QERFXC.
Above that I have a shift modifier bar, and a ctrl modifier bar for all of these buttons. I like to have every ability/macro hotkeyed even if they’re rarely used.
Ctrl + shift 1-3 are target markers for my warrior (skull, x, moon).
I still use the mousewheel for camera because…I don’t know why. Pet attack is on front mouse button, pet passive is on back mouse button. I usually bind whatever I’m currently doing to the scroll wheel press (cast fishing line, use quest item, target rare mobs, etc.)
I use Q, E, Z, R, F, G, X along with the ones you’ve listed. I normally leave these for utility spells rather than damage 1-8 is damage shift 1-4 is offensive and defensive cds the rest is various spells but I try not to reach my hand past 7 and if I do normally it’s for a different spell group like if I’m frost and get locked out I shift my hand slightly right and now I have all my fire spells accessible with my arcane in the middle toward 5 and 6.
The random letters I use are for different things, I always use F for buff or auras if I don’t have a buff, g for interrupt, r for mobility spell, x for cc. I leave q and e open for spells I need to cast quickly without needing to move my hand at all so in my mages cases q for Polymorph e for ice barrier (if I was playing warrior for instance I would use taunt for one of these keys since taunt is very important on demand key to press)
Razer Naga mouse is all I need. One handed operation for most activities. For buffs/cleansing and not so common spells I press shift + whatever key. For the special actionbars (stealth, auras, shapeshifting) I use the mouse wheel.

i use a microphone and speech to text to play. i shout TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO FOUR FOUR R R Q FIVE FIVE THREE THREE THREE and anything dies.
F 2 E Q V ctrl-F ctrl-e ctrl-v ctrl-d ctrl-r Shift-mousewheel up Shift-mousewheel down and middle click for pet attack.
f1 through f4 are like in-combat status things (inner fire, dispel magic, abolish disease, feedback lol)
1 through 5 are damage spells
zxcv is pretty random (wand, fade, inner focus)
rtfg are heals, shift modifiers on each for downranking
f5 through f8 are buffs
I have a razer naga, so I have 1-6 bound on the keyboard and the rest bound to my naga. Absolutely love it, couldn’t play the game any other way.
I bind `1 2 3 4 and F1 for my left fingers. Z and X for my thumb, and then have 16 binds on my mouse that all get used. (At least at max level)
I keep similar abilities on similar binds when I’m able since I play a lot of alts. 
q and e are target p1 and p2 for me. 1-5, r,t,c,f,x,z

my alt is self cast. I have many qbinds open still while I level up.
mousewheel down and up+all 3 modifiers too
g is my mount qbind. i don’t have long enough fingers to make g anything but
I literately Lol-ed

WASD is movement(A and D are strafe)
I also use the first 9 keys on my G600 with shift modifier and the scroll wheel
my S key is also a qbind for me.
