Tried searching for this, however, I was unable to find any information on it. Posting this here as it definitely is bugged after two days of attempting to get this achievement. Hoping if any other players -have- received it, they have an answer.
We attempted Share the Love in Heroic Gun’drak. on 9-30-2022, we attempted it, but even after 5 impales on party members, we were not given the achievement. An old comment on wowhead said that pets can bug it out. So no shadowfiend + no dk ghouls.
Did it today on 10-01-22 and had all 5 members impaled, had a tracker saying we did the achievement, was not awarded it.
Any word on if this is fixed? Or going to be fixed? Has anyone done this yet?

Updated. Just tried to do this again today @ 8pm on 10-02. Bugged. No pets, all 5 members in combat.
Jumping in here to say we had the same issue.
Just tried on my end, seeing the same issue.
We ran into this same issue - did multiple attempts to finally get everyone impaled and did get the achievement for it.
Was done 10/9/22 at around 6:45 server
must be a recent bug, we completed this 2 days ago on OCE
Not sure if it was hot fixed but my group and I were able to receive credit for this achievement this evening.
Completed it on OCE 3 days ago as well - Ive heard rumors though of pets counting as " players " meaning you cant use ghouls or pets otherwise it wont give credit
Just did it for the 2nd night, no achievement. Fix this, Blizzard.
