Hi There. Is there a way to share a quest with your other toons? I’m trying to do the Harrison Jones garrison quests on a few toons, and the quests spawn so rarely it’s hard to get them done. In the old days, there were plenty of people sharing them so it wasn’t a problem, but of course, people don’t do that anymore.
So is there a way to share a quest from one toon to another? That is, without making a guildy to join your group, share the quest with him, then get him to share the quest with your six other toons, one by one?

I wonder if the raid lockout trick works?
Park the toon needing the quest outside the garrison (in the open world, well outside the transition to the garrison instance). Switch to character in garrison with desirable quest and create pary. Switch back to character outside garrison and apply to the 2nd character’s party. Switch to 2nd character and accept application. Switch character to first one and accept invite, then proceed into garrison instance. If it worked, the first character will see the second’s garrison and be able to grab the desired quests.
I can’t try this right now, but this procedure is how you share a raid lockout among alts (e.g., skipping directly Yogg-saron to farm Mimiron’s Head).
I think the turn-ins for those quests are to NPCs that are always in the garrison, so I suspect you wouldn’t have to repeat that dance to turn the quest in. Well, maybe the Inn dungeon quests, since they turn in at the original quest giver.
This was a great idea, but it doesn’t work, unfortunately. You end up in your own garrison. I tried it two different ways:
- Being inside the garrison when accepting the group invite.
- Being outside the garrison instance when accepting.
Both end up transporting you to your own garrison.

Edit: I should also note that if you try to “Share” the quest with your other toon party members, the “share” button is grayed out. 
Unfortunately, I’m not sure there is any way. You can only see someone else’s garrison if they are online and inside their garrison. (I remember trying a whole bunch of stuff back in WoD to get it to work with no luck.)
Your best bet is to head into your garrison and ask in general chat if anyone has him up and ask for an invite. You can also try asking in trade chat. I know I’ve helped people out a couple times when I’ve seen such requests.
