There are lines we can use to differentiate the races (racials, voices, abilities, lore etc), but something as innocuous as hair styles isn’t it.
Blood elves have access to a range of hair colors both dark and light. There is no reason to restrict something like this to void elves. It’s entirely within reason for the elves to share hair styles for players across both sides to enjoy.
Or how about we give Void Elves their own new unique hairstyles and colors that help differentiate them from their Blood Elf kin?
Id love to see Void Elves get some cute new goth hairstyles, as well as a dark black hair color to go with them.
