Sharding in Emerald Dream (RP server)

Hey guys,

I haven’t found too much information on the topic but I remember that before the warmode server changes RP servers like emerald dream were not affected by sharding to preserve the RP elements of the game.

Is that still the case? I find myself looking to kill world rares but no one is around to help.

Any clarity around this would be appreciated!

Our server still shards with all other RP realms if I’m not mistaken. I believe RP realms only don’t shard in places like Stormwind and Orgrimmar?? But I could be remembering wrong.

I believe that is correct. I see some other realms out in the world, but not in Sw or Org.
