I have had this happen 3 times this week. I have worked Fyrakk’s fury from nothing to 100% then while he’s showing up get shard changed to 0% again. PLEASE fix this. It’s not just here. It happens fighting rares, doing seeds, all over the place at the worst possible times. This sucks the fun right out of the game.

You’ll want to click the pencil icon at the bottom of your post and move it to the Bug Report forum.
Customer Support has zero involvement with the design and direction of the game itself and are not tasked with passing feedback along to those that are.
