The quest text for Shaping the Dreamsurge in Waking Shores says to gather Dreamsurge Coalescence from Thaldraszus. I cannot get credit for Coalescence earned in Waking Shores and cannot collect Coalescence in Thaldraszus because the Dreamsurge isn’t active there.
EDIT: Updated since this is an actual bad bug.
EDIT 2: Re-accepting the quest still has the wrong text but I was given collection credit from Dreamsurge Captain Lancer. It seems there might be a problem with Coalescence collected from world quests.
