I’ve seen multiple Shamans get 2+ epic items from dungeons, but my Druid and friend’s Warlock haven’t seen a single drop. Pretty sure this is a bug.

Its RNG mate, I have got 1 or 2 epics in a run before and other runs none.

Ah, them Crafty Shamans and their epic loot acquiring skills. 
I guess you can’t read. It’s not RNG when I’m 64 and haven’t single a single purple drop, but in a single dungeon I’ve seen multiple Shamans get 3+. The post isn’t to complain, but point out a potential bug.
I only had time for a few hours last night to play. So I got to level 20. But I did have one purple drop for me in a dungeon. I was thinking they are maybe way more rare now? Not sure.

You have absolutely no idea what RNG is. That’s not RNG. If there is a pattern to something, you can’t call it random.

Well yeah, something good is happening to Shamans. This is obviously not intended, please report it.
Your sample size is too small, i play DK and got 5 epics over the course of yesterday (including Orb and spirit of Ji). Its luck based, one of my guildies only got one drop, but it was his BiS.

Are you talking about epic powers or epic gear? I hit 70 on my timerunner and didn’t see a single epic piece of gear (and only two blues), but I had collected every single meta, tinker, and cogwheel gem by that same time.
