I know it’s been voiced out by some players. Still, after seeing 10.2 visual updates for Druids with more forms, Shamans need more love, and I’m happy to be another voice for the community.
Some minor visual updates I think are needed (I said minor because there are already spells in the game with animation that could supplement it):
Prio
• Chain Lightning
• Lightning Rod
• Ascendance
Could do better:
• Lightning Bolt
• Elemental Blast
I hope this reaches people who need reaching.
I really hope our voices are heard and we get updated visuals soon.
I’d honestly say lightning bolt needs help more than chain lightning lol.
what really pisses me off about this is the visuals ALREADY EXIST IN GAME. Only NPC’s get the updates & upgrades. Go to STV and fight the goblins there that case lightning bolts. Or Darkshore.
Why are the animations different in the first place, when the idea is the same?

I like chain lightning the way it is but lightning bolt looks pretty awful.
I think if anything should be a priority it’s lightning bolt. The 2d paper cut-out animation is truly horrendous. I feel like making the current chain lightning animation more high res but the same in vibe would make people less mad about it
