I gotta say, it doesn’t do anything for me. The colors feel wrong for a shaman and I’m not a fan of the big lightbulb/crystal on the top of the head. Gonna transmog set fast, I can tell you that.

Yea, the belt it too basic and the helmet crest doesn’t fit Shaman’s at all. It’s like they forgot they needed a Shaman tier set so they just grabbed an unused quest reward set and added some swirling water elements.

The coolest set so far goes to Evokers, which is ironic considering Blizzard doesn’t have the budget for them to even wear armour

It’s a mage set. Probably because they think Elemental is a fire mage.
TWW is looking worse for Shaman that the whole middle-period in WoW. The disregard is disgusting.

Remove helm, and its not so bad. Could be better
The floating gem on your head is there for a reason. See, Shamans will be able to terastallize… meaning that their spells will increase in damage AND change type. So their lightning bolts can do frost damage or their fire lashes could do nature damage, just depends on the gem on your head.

Water balls on the shoulder are great, but that hideous ponytail
Also, the recolors are all trash. Blue is the only one that works. Stop trying to give shamans green and purple colored water.
Metal tones on the helm/shoulders do not match the lower body either. So there is only one usable tmog item in the entire set.

Shoulders look like they would be neat to tinker with, at least.
These do seem uninspired, they won’t fix it.
I mean, it’s “ok’ish” for a Tier 1 set. Not bad but could be better.
Hope we get better things later on.
That’s a real shame but I expected to share the warrior’s lighting effects.

Pros: The water plume is cute and I like it.
Cons: Cata-level shoulders of ridiculousness that I hate. Reminds me of the shaman set that has little twisters on them, gross.
