Totemic Enhancement shaman talent “Whirling elements” (specifically Earth mote") is getting consumed by Lava lash if flame shock was already applied and the talent “Molten Assault” is talented. I was testing if Voltaic Blaze would use Earth Mote for increased damage and it does but it was inconsistent. Looking at my buffs I see that if you drop your totem then lava lash it eats both the Fire and Earth mote.
