Why do Sham’s feel like they are wearing cloth armor or no at all? Can this please be fixed in SL?

Obviously because a mail wearer should be physically weaker than a cloth wearer.

They’re spiritual mediums… why they don’t use clothes instead?

I’d be fine with that. At least the damage received would be accurate then.

Armor should be based on spec, not class.
Ele & Resto Shamans = Cloth
Enh Shamans (as they exist today) = Mail
Because of everquest. Shaman have always been in a weird place. They are kind of a Warcraft version of the EQ shaman. Buffs melee, heals, has a shield an mail armor.
Actually I can go for that. I’m running around and restoration and really cannot stand mail armor mogs half the time.

I attribute the odd looks of mail armor to the fact that Shaman and Hunters dont share any class fantasy at all. The style of mail gear is all over the place.

I keep going back and forth between which is worse leather or mail. Lol
Because we are squishy and have no survivability and we’re gonna keep making noise till it get fixed.
