Shaman rune 'Way of Earth" doesn't work

I just noted few hours ago, but the rune “Way of Earth” doesn’t work. I changed with another and replace by the “Way of Earth”, but not appear in the buff bar and hp points keep the same …

Rune only works when you have rockbiter embue on your mainhand weapon.
