Hey,
I think there’s a bug in the PvP Shaman set. Whether it’s the base version or the elite version, there’s no dress/kilt like the PvE versions.
I don’t know if it’s a bug or an oversight on Blizzard’s part, but it would be nice to fix it.

This was posted here before season went live. Most likely a bug that is still left ro rot
There’s been a few posts about it. Kinda jokes cause the kilt chest piece says it’s supposed to come from an achievement in game but has no related achievement.
Wish this was fixed
