Got the rune, right clicked it, took nature dmg 10 times, went to turn in and can’t. Abandoned, picked up again, repeated process, same story.
Shaman runes are relics.
They equip to you then you take the damage and learn it from the relic slot

After you get fully inspired, right click it again to gain overload.
The quest is actually for the chest gear, not for gaining overload.

Had same issue as a Druid until someone else pointed it out… it’s not very obvious that it’s an equippable item, for some reason. So don’t feel bad xD
I did the same thing lol! Thought it was a 1 time use and tried to farm it off the mobs again… this post saved me… didnt realize the on-use item is equipped
