Currently you can’t get the “tunic” version of the new tier set PvP colors (purple and green) I have reached 1800 and only got the “normal” chest, the same goes if you buy the conquest version.
Please fix Blizzard
It was like this in the beta, so I’m unsure if this is a glitch or intentional.
But you can’t get those appearances at all, I tried the pve vendor at undermine and he just sells the pve colors
