This is more of a venting post that I’m sure a lot of you can relate to. I actually find it crazy that Blizzard decided to roll back some of the Elemental shaman nerfs. I should say… I’m happy for them. But seriously what about mage? Several of the specs rotations were completely changed (NOT in a good way) and they are all in the bottom half of the dps bracket. And all the mage specs just feel not fun to play. believe they didn’t address anything with mage with the patch from earlier today. I’m wildly disappointed and not sure when mage will feel fun again for me.

Mage still feels better than most of the specs in the game.
I will agree to disagree. Idk what spec you’re playing but most of the rotations feel like shi* now.
Speak for yourself. I enjoy spellslinger arcane and frostfire frost. They both feel very active and fun to play.
Idk how one can disagree with the harm they have done to mage. But ok. Not to mention neither of those specs are doing very good in the meters.
I’m sure it does feel great for you, you also barely do any difficult content.
Those who say that the specs are great after the nerfs aren’t players that are playing at high levels of mage gameplay. Anyone who has been playing mage for decades will know that mages took a mighty blow in the nerfs and now Ele Shams with their cleansing totems and battle rez, better damage and bloodlust buff gets picked over the mages. Only thing to bring a mage for is to do an AI buff.
