The totems on the shoulders used to have the lava exploding whenever you would cast a spell, emote or do anything and the mouths on the totems would chatter/open and close repeatedly. Now that does not happen, nothing happens when casting spells or doing anything.
https://imgur.com/a/DwjUCbw These aren’t great comparison pics but you can see that in the second picture the totems are glowing and the lava is coming out from the top whereas in the first there is no glow, and no lava animation aside from what is normally there. Hard to see it in a picture but the mouths do not move either like they should.

Edit: My graphics are also maxed, i’ve tried everything related to the graphics. I’ve tried relogging with the set off and logging back in, i’ve tried transmogging it with different pieces, i’ve tried lowering graphics and changing settings even. The animations just arent working.

I logged into my shaman and typed /roar and saw the animation and fire. The animation while casting is significantly less than the /roar animation, though.
Check the video i linked if you want it shows what it used to look like during casting.
I can tell its not working with casting because the mouths aren’t moving at all and in the video you can see the totem faces lighting up and the mouths moving. Plus the fire from the top of the totems too. That is also how I remember it being from the last time i wore the set
There was recently an issue with sets from like shadowlands and DF where the glows/special effects were not working so the devs turned them off and re-enabled them in 10.0.7. I’m unsure if its related to that or not but it seems similar
Edit: I did /roar, the fire that comes from the ground is there but the totem animations and fire from the totems are still not working.

Bumping this! It is an odd issue and i’m sure it doesn’t effect many people, but should still get looked at. All of these sets came with cool animations that set them apart from everything else, having that not work is really sad.

Bumping again. Animations are still not working on the shoulders at all.
EDIT: Okay i actually just found out, this is only happening on male orcs lol. It works just fine when i swapped to female orc.
